Does Doctors without Borders prolong conflict?

By now you've heard about 14 people killed in an airstrike on Doctors without borders facility.  I'm not defending the Syrian Air Force.

I am asking the question.  Do aid groups like DWB, the Red Cross, and even the UN prolong conflict?  Providing medical aid to anyone that shows up....and undoubtedly you'll see "rebels" show up for treatment along with civilians....providing food etc....are these so called attempts to help really prolonging conflict?

To be blunt.  Can these organizations be said to provide aid and comfort to the enemy?
