How long will it take grunts to understand that hiding behind armored vehicles is no longer an option once APS is widespread?

Some smart enemy commander is gonna have RPG teams firing at equipped vehicles for two reasons.

1. To deplete the vehicles self defense missiles..

2. To injure soldier and Marines hiding nearby.

I'd bet body parts someone get whacked for getting too close to a vehicle under rocket/missile attack.
