This is the white supremacists charged in the vehicle attack in Charlotteville

via Slate.
The man suspected of plowing into a street full of anti-white-supremacy protestors in Charlottesville, Virginia on Saturday has been identified as James Alex Fields, Jr. of Maumee, Ohio, The New York Times reports. Fields, 20, has been charged with second-degree murder, three counts of malicious wounding, and failure to stop at the scene of a fatal accident for his alleged involvement in the incident, which resulted in the death of an as-yet-unidentified 32-year-old woman.
Story here.

Interesting.  This boy looks as soft as butter on a hot day in Louisiana.  I see nothing hard about him.

But that's besides the point.

This is the guy that committed the atrocity yesterday, and police were able to identify him pretty damn quick. I'll ignore all those that tried to label the assailant as a counter protester that did this by accident.  I'll ignore the idiotic statements that said that it was a black man that "got scared" when he saw the protesters.

What I'd like to know is how did this skate underneath national news for the week leading up to this drama.  I follow the news MUCH more closely than the average person and I knew nothing about this.

What I'd like to know but can't find is whether the "main activities" happened last night.  It's kinda early on Sunday as I type this but I can't find any news of anything happening...I mean NOTHING!

If you know then send the link!
