I don't know if this is true but if it is then this is WILD AS FUCK!

What has me spinning is that Guards units in the Russian military were once (maybe still are) considered elite.  The idea that this could happen in Guards unit is just mind blowing to me.

Read the entire thread and drink it in.  As always I maintain a bit of skepticism due to the ongoing propaganda efforts because of the war.

I have some Russian readers so I await a solid rebuttal of this story.  But IF this is true then at least one Russian unit is doing the Ukrainians job for them.
