Most of you read it but I need to highlight portions of the story with regard to the sonic weapon used in Maduro raid.

Thanks to Joshua for making me circle back to this!

Venezuelan soldiers were reportedly brought to their knees, "bleeding through the nose," and vomiting blood, according to an eyewitness account from a Venezuelan guard to the dictator.

"At one point, they launched something; I don't know how to describe it," according to the account posted to X.

"It was like a very intense sound wave. Suddenly, I felt like my head was exploding from the inside.

"It was like a very intense sound wave."

If you're like me then you skimmed over the rest of the article and ignored the description that the Venezuelan soldier gave.  If you did then you missed alot..

"We had no way to compete with their technology, with their weapons," he said. "I swear, I've never seen anything like it. We couldn't even stand up after that sonic weapon or whatever it was."

Ok so it was a sonic weapon I said to myself.  Again no big deal.  We've read about this tech for awhile now.  But wait.  There's more!

"We were on guard, but suddenly all our radar systems shut down without any explanation," he said. "The next thing we saw were drones, a lot of drones, flying over our positions. We didn't know how to react."

Then, "barely eight" helicopters appeared, deploying just 20 U.S. troops, but those few men were all that were needed because of their technical advances.

And this, the guard said, led to a slaughter.

"We were hundreds, but we had no chance," he said. "They were shooting with such precision and speed; it felt like each soldier was firing 300 rounds per minute."

"Those 20 men, without a single casualty, killed hundreds of us," he said. "We had no way to compete with their technology, with their weapons. I swear, I've never seen anything like it."

Delta is badass.  I give them all the credit in the world.  Them along with the Night Stalkers and Rangers seriously kicked ass.

But drink in what this guy said.

WE WERE HUNDREDS...THEY WERE SHOOTING WITH SUCH SPEED AND PRECISION IT WAS LIKE EACH SOLDIER WAS FIRINIG 300 ROUNDS PER MINUTE.

I chalk that up to two things.

Shock and Firepower.

That's usually Mech/Tank Battalion type shit.  Maybe in a well performed ambush.

BUT IN A RAID WHERE THEY HEAR YOU COMING????

A little more and I'll end this.

The security guard, meanwhile, said in the interview that he is warning anyone who thinks they can fight the United States that "they have no idea what they're capable of. After what I saw, I never want to be on the other side of that again. They're not to be messed with."

"Everyone is already talking about this," he added. "No one wants to go through what we went through. What happened here is going to change a lot of things — not just in Venezuela, but throughout the region."

If this is real then we're seeing game changing tech when it comes to raiding.

Where once it would take assaulters from SEAL TEAM 6 or Delta along with heavy security by a Ranger Company (at the very least), we're now seeing those risky, high profile and extremely complex raids being capable of being done with the assaulters and MAYBE a platoon of perimeter security.

The implications for use on the modern battlefield is beyond me.  I simply have no idea but it could be game changing in ways that even drones haven't shown.

If true then we truly are in the years between WW1`and WW2.  Tech is advancing in so many directions that despite the best efforts of those back then they really had no idea what would be useful and what wouldn't.

If it isn't real then we're seeing some of the most powerful psyops I've ever seen. The Chinese will surely pursue this tech as will the Russians and others.

I don't know but I thought it was worth taking another look at.
