Israel, not the U.S., was the one that attacked Khamenei.

Thirty bombs were dropped on the compound.

If this tweet is true and I have no idea but if true it explains alot.

The IDF went for the quick kill.  Hit or miss matters not.  The gloves were off and since we support the state we had to go too.

THIS IS WHAT I HATE ABOUT ALLIANCE WARFARE!

Our needs are wrapped up in the needs of allies.  In other words if they make a bad play we have no choice but to back them up and AFTER the fight is done then we can work it out, decide to knuckle up (assuming its that bad a play) or talk in detail so we never deal with again and/or just never work with them again.

I swear to all that's holy that I worried about the Netanyahu seeing a path to a deal going rogue and kicking this thing off but got complacent when I saw reports that the talks were going well that I backed off it.
