Finally an affordable offroad solution to handicapped mobility

The vehicle you see ripping about below was purpose built for handicapped mobility offroad. I've seen the almost transformer like vehicles with treads but they're stupid expensive. This ticks all the boxes and is cool as hell. The only problem is that fully functional people will probably slam into the market place and raise the prices....regardless this is neat.
