1st things first.  I get Shock as a last name but who the FUCK names their child China to produce China Shock!  Not banging on the dude at all but I've thought naming your child after a fucking luxury car was crazy...but this takes the cake!

Seriously though.  How did the Chinese hack DVIDS?
