83 Battalion Tactical Groups near Ukraine now...14 MORE are in transit.

Fox News has learned Putin has in place 70 percent of the military forces he would need for a full invasion. The number of Russian battalion tactical groups (BTG) on the border has increased to 83 up from 60 battalions just two weeks ago. 14 more are in transit.
