German people are lacking faith in their govt's action to ensure warmth this winter

NEW - Survey by the Insa polling institute in Germany:

• 50% believe the govt's actions to address the energy crisis will not help them financially survive winter.
• 31% cannot afford to buy Christmas presents.
• 28% worry about not being able to pay their energy bills.
