Russia is inching towards full mobilization...now the disabled can serve

Putin signed a law on the possibility of conscripting convicts into contract service, with the exception of those who have committed serious crimes.

The law also provides that disabled citizens will be able to enter into contracts with the MoD during mobilization and wartime.
