AMX-10 is NOT suitable for offensive operations in Ukraine

Ukrainian battalion commander Major Spartanets in an interview with AFP:

French AMX-10 RCs are not suitable for the offensive because of their thin armor.

I wonder. How are they using them? Infantry support/Mobile Gun, or in direct fire? If its infantry support/mobile gun then just wow. Direct fire? Why, they have tons of tanks for that job. He specifically mentions artillery. The King of battle is back and he is affecting everything. The USMC getting rid of so much cannon artillery was definitely a mistake.
