I don't know why the focus is on the subway owner. The real story is that they arrested some police chiefs in this thing. Worse? Police chiefs were having an association meeting in Baton Rouge and the FBI, IRS, ICE and State Police arrested a few more of them there (rightfully so don't get it twisted). This is a real shame and disgrace.
