Targeting will be a problem unless allied forces become absolutely medieval. I'm talking about total exclusion zones around our warships that extend AT LEAST 500 miles from our formations. Any container ship found within must be killed ASAP. That will of course lead to killing REAL civilian ships (the Chinese will send them out to test us and if we hold strong the propaganda against the sinking will be internationally painful) but there is no other way if we're seeing this in open media.
