Russia has switched to China for oil sales. Reports indicate that most of the oil they're selling is headed there and not to other nations. Hits on these refineries supposedly got the attention of Trump and he asked them to stop hitting them so diesel prices would go down but to no avail.π₯ TWO MORE REFINERIES DOWN
