Your tenant doesn’t have to pay rent and there’s nothing you can do but if you don’t pay property taxes on the unit the government will come and seize that same property.

Taiwan's central news agency reported the enhanced TC-2 is to enter mass production. Earlier news suggested the production of new batch TC-2 was halted due to other emergency purchases. The MLUed F-CK-1 increased BVR load from two to four.
