What if the Taliban turn this around and says anyone that wants leave can?

The news media is talking about how we need to "keep the promise" and bring Afghans to America and the rest of the West.

What happens if the Taliban turn this around and says anyone that wants to leave can?

What if they send their criminals, mentally ill, sick/disabled and opposition men to the West?

How many people will that be?  How many would we take in?  Would we have an obligation to take them in?  What if we didn't what then?

This thing could get messier still.  

Who are these guys? An Afghan Military Unit in exile? The Afghan (ANA) version of the German Werewolves?

I thought the story was a sad joke but its true. Some idiot actually went on vacation in Afghanistan!
