French Military "Monday Motivational" Vid

Hmm. Highlighting (let me use the European nomenclature here) African members of their force in this. Wonder if they're sending a message that painting with a broad brush is a mistake OR its just a coincidence? Regardless pretty cool from my seat. Dude in dress is kinda bowed up too. Definitely been hitting those triceps.

ZSU-23-4M "Shilka" Soviet self-propelled anti-aircraft gun...art by Eugeny Knupfer via ART STATION

This showed up in my inbox and made me wonder. Have we seen this weapon used by the Russians? I know its old and probably replaced but it seems like the perfect tool to take down loitering and other low flying drones.

Leopard 2A6 is taking a beating...

I've seen several examples of Leopard 2A6's taking a beating in Ukraine. Same can be said for Bradley's too. It might be because they're being highlighted on social media but I can't help but think that the Turks didn't seem too pleased with their Leopard tanks and did massive upgrades to their M60s instead and used them extensively in combat against anti-tank missile equipped Kurdish rebels.

Her sight picture should open up to a big segment of the Republican party too!

The latest on Erica Marsh and because Twitter suspended the account they're claiming its fake!

Interesting take on the French riots. Fear will have citizens accept more surveillance, we did after 9/11 with the Patriot Act

This is an interesting take and I believe it to be true. After this massive failure of state security, the French people will happily accept more govt surveillance to prevent it from happening in the future. Fear without courage gets people to accept all kinds of nonsense. I mean we accepted the Patriot Act after 9/11 and that came from a so called conservative President and Congress.

Tin foil hat time.  I think this person is right.

More state control always happens after horrific incidents...as if the tremendous power of the state is incapable of controlling events with the power they have and MUST have more to prevent it in the future.

What is it they say?  Never let a crisis go to waste?

This is gonna roll down hill. Wonder if the BN commander could lose his command over something like this. Never saw it from the O side. Sucks to be the SNCO on duty too. Pain and misery is gonna be the outcome from those involved and on the edges of this thing!
