Boxer to be demonstrated with John Cockerill Defense's C3105 turret

Belgium’s John Cockerill Defense is supplying its latest-generation C3105 turret armed with their 105 mm High Pressure (HP) rifled gun to Krauss-Maffei Wegmann for installation on the rear mission module of the Boxer 8×8 Multi-Role Armoured Vehicle (MRAV).Well Ogden and Drummond are gonna be annoyingly happy for the next couple of months while this thing is trialed.
This combination is being developed using internal research-and-development funding and is expected to undertake firing trials later in 2020.
The Boxer MRAV is deployed by Australia, Germany, Lithuania and the Netherlands, and is on order for the British Army.
The John Cockerill Defense C3105 is a member of the C3000 series of turrets that are in volume production for the export market with over 450 built to date and with production still underway.
I guess even in the middle of a pandemic dreams do come true.

November 13, 1991, a Grumman F-14B Tomcat belonging to VF-142, serial number 161433, successfully managed to land aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Eisenhower, after losing the nosecone at 27,000 feet due to a faulty latching mechanism.Here
The pilot, Lt.Cdr. Joe Edwards, was injured after the lost piece struck the canopy and showered him in glass, injuring his eyes and breaking his collarbone, and even though he also had to deal with limited visibility through a 3-inch hole, as the rest of the canopy was severely cracked, he successfully made it back to the ship with help from his RIO Lt.JG Scott Grundmeier, managing a perfect landing on the second arresting wire.
Both pilots received the Distinguished Flying Cross medal for their achievements, and Edwards later became a Space Shuttle pilot for NASA.
The aircraft was quickly repaired and returned to service, flying until March 11 2005, when the entire Tomcat fleet began decommissioning.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said Joseph Edward Williams, 26, shot a man to death on March 20. Deputies were called to the scene after several 911 calls came in saying people were hearing gunshots outside, according to an HCSO press release.
According to the sheriff’s office, Williams was one of over 100 inmates freed on March 19 after a county court ordered the release of any pretrial detainees arrested for lower-level, non-violent crimes and who posed no safety threat. The judge’s order said the sheriff had discretion over who could be released.
While the shooting happened last month, Williams wasn’t arrested until April 14, when he was picked up on an active murder warrant. According to an arrest affidavit, a Street Crimes Unit Deputy tracked him coming out of a convenience store. Williams ran from the deputy and there was a struggle once he was caught, the arrest report said. Williams had two baggies of heroin, a hypodermic syringe and a digital scale in the bag he was carrying, according to the sheriff’s office.

At the end of the day it appears we were right.
Tucker Carlson is having a long opening monologue on this issue as I type this. Long story short? The evidence is overwhelming. What's disturbing? He's covered in detail the propaganda effort launched by China to cover up their misdeed.
Our media is thoroughly penetrated by either useful idiots or knowing traitors. The reporting, bloviating, whining that we've seen from the MSM is almost heartbreaking if it wasn't so maddening that it makes you want to punch walls.

Let's put self defense missiles (preferably AIM-260 when it comes online or AIM-9X in the short term) on our AWACS, P-8s, even a couple on transports so that they have a means to defend themselves when the next war comes along against a determined/advanced enemy.
I was monitoring a conversation GAR-9 was having and he brought up the fact that the Brits armed their Nimrods with AIM-9P to defend themselves against Argentinian aircraft shadowing them.
We should consider the same.
