Hoplites and Fighting Aces conduct platoon live-fire at Bucierz range, DPTA (video)
Mortar and cavalry scout platoons from Headquarters and Headquarters Company "Hoplites" supported Soldiers from Charlie Company "Fighting Aces," during live-fire exercises at Bucierz Range, Drawsko Pomorskie Training Area, Poland, Oct. 3, 2021. Both companies are with 2nd Battalion, 34th Armored Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division. The 1st Infantry Division is currently supporting Atlantic Resolve, a rotational forward presence throughout Europe that enables deterrence and defense against threats from any direction at any time.
