3rd combat company of the 1st RI at CETIA (French Army)

Note. I'm kinda interested in the French Army's use of its wheeled vehicles. I get the SERVAL. Its kinda a different type of JLTV. The Griffon is a different story though. I might be wrong but its an in-betweener. Not as big as a 5 ton but definitely bigger than the Serval and its payload reflects that. While it seems like a low grade APC/IFV, the French already have vehicles in that category (VBCI I'm looking at you).

Ok. Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, the offshore of LA & TX, I guess Alaska and few northern states are gonna boom off the rise in oil prices. But the rest of the US...especially California...they're gonna get punched in the nuts. If war is politics then why would Trump do this so close to the mid terms? I support his tariffs but they've been a drag and now you add this? No way he'll get grocery prices down (especially beef since its coming from Argentina now) if the cost of transporting them goes up.

I admit.

I don't know enough about the rationale for this war to definitively be against but I can say it still feels "off".

I can say that I'm happy that it appears to be going well.

But I can also say that we need an off switch AND we need someone other than a warhawk whispering in the president's ear.

I've seen a US Army Armored Division doing rail exercises and now this?

This is pure speculation but I saw on DIVIDS a US Army Armored Division conducting rail exercises, don't recall which one. Now I'm seeing this? Again. Speculation. Oh and it will take alot more than just one AD to control a country as big as Iran....but a couple of Armored Divisions along with say the 82nd and maybe (take your pick) the 10th Mountain or even the 101st and perhaps you could control a couple of cities. Plus it would give some fantastic cover for SOCOM to run around scooping up every ounce of locatable nuclear producing products....so yeah....maybe huh?

Just a few thoughts on the Iran war so far...

 

Just a quick thought exercise on the Iran war so far...

*  With regard to the above tweet?  That's to be expected.  I would think both Russia and China are providing as much intel as possible.

*  Didn't post about it but supposedly the Chinese have already rushed war material by air to Iran.

*  Been getting reports that the 82nd called off an exercise and many are speculating that they're about to go boots on the ground.

*  I have yet to hear an end state or even goal of the war announced.  So far its kinetic operations for kinetic operations sake.  That ain't good.

*  Reports are that Israel is threatening Lebanon with further attacks if they don't Hezbollah to heel.  That govt is to weak to do so.  Additionally I've seen some Israeli "thought leaders"/defense experts claiming that Turkey is next.  THAT WOULD BE A HUGE MISTAKE!  Israel don't want that smoke.  Not sure they want the smoke from Hezbollah at this time.

Let me repeat.

Things appear to be going well and I'm happy about that.

I AM CONCERNED that no one has stated an end goal for this fight.  I don't hear anyone talking about an off ramp.

Additionally (and it could be censorship) but that expected popular uprising doesn't appear to be materializing.

Are we headed toward another nation building exercise?

Some of you remember the Haliburton idiocy in what now seems a different age.  I wonder if that is what the real end state could be.  Massive reconstruction contracts, tons of vets picking up security contracts (Triple Canopy must be licking their chops) and tons of regular people rushing to the new gold rush of making tax free money in a hazardous location with free flights to the sex tourist country of your choice.

How the hell did Condoleezza worm herself back into the inner circle of the White House?

 

Many of you don't know it because many of you are as far to the right as Ryan The Red is to the left. By that I mean some are so ideological that as long as the "influencers" on the right support it so will many others. Don't do it with Rice. She's a so called Russia expert and a certified globalist/neo-con. I'm glad things are going well in Iran but that old "unintended consequences" thing makes me pause big time. Time will tell how things go but if Rice is back in an advisor role then confidence is not high.

Israeli F-35 downs Iranian fighter jet in historic dogfight

An Israel Air Force Adir fighter jet (F-35I) shot down an Iranian YAK-130 fighter jet above Tehran in the world's first-ever downing of a manned fighter jet by an F-35 fighter jet.

The IDF Spokesperson announced Wednesday morning that there had been an historic event in the skies over Tehran. An Israel Air Force Adir fighter jet (F-35I) shot down an Iranian YAK-130 fighter jet above the Iranian capital. This was the world's first-ever downing of a manned fighter jet by an F-35 fighter jet.

War has been declared and the propaganda fight is in full effect.  But crowing about the F-35 getting a kill against a glorified trainer that can BARELY flex into light strike/air defense?

Historic dogfight?

Note to Public Information Officers.  It is better at times to simply put out a news release with the  naked facts.  Spicing them up for the public that doesn't follow military affairs is a real rough road that can get you laughed at.

I haven't weighed in on the Epstien files but its obvious that there is something so vile and evil in them that it could threaten the top 1% and probably shake the govt to its knees

 

Something is so evil and vile in those files that it could potential shake our govt and society to its core. It will force the "sheeple" into focusing on the elite/top 1% to such an extent that it could qualify as a revolution.

Its the only thing that explains why it appears to frighten so many of the elite/top 1%.

This could literally get them killed.

Iran reportedly has reached out to the US to resume nuclear talks. Real or a pause to reorganize?

 

I get the sense that the Iranian regime is "off balance". Leadership WILL be replaced but it WILL take time. Meanwhile they are leaking like the Titanic and they also appear to have a mole problem. I would hope the want for talks is true but I also know they need breathing space before it all goes sideways.

I believe Trump's instinct is to give peace a chance.  I also believe that Netanyahu and the other globalist (and this is excluding the possibility that this is all about China) have their fangs out and want Iran neutralized.

Wondering how this will be received.

Doom scrolling thru the internet today many are claiming the action in Venezuela, now Iran and believe it or not Mexico is part of a larger action against China....Navy SEALs are on the ground in Mexico

The mission was approved following reports of cartel-operated drones crossing into U.S. airspace, which led to a temporary airspace closure over El Paso and parts of New Mexico. President Claudia Sheinbaum invited the SEALs to bolster Mexico’s capacity to combat cartel violence, framing the cooperation as part of a broader strategy to prepare military and law enforcement forces without allowing foreign intervention.

Read the entire article but it makes sense.  

Oh and believe this 1000%.  SOCOM don't go anywhere without their OWN support system.  So while the SEAL Team might get the headlines you can bet they have at least 100 or more support personnel and maybe even a QRF ready to back them with attached air support including not only transportation but fire support.

Do your own scrolling but people are putting together a pretty reasonable (to my limited knowledge of the stuff) economic reasons behind the attacks and in particular the timing.

Long story short.

The fucking Petro Dollar again.

Saudi Arabia is being brought back inline according to the theory, Russia is getting crushed, China is being strained because their oil import alliances are falling and the only ones that are gonna get hammered is.....

Europe.

Which Trump appears not to like that much anyway.

I'm no detective but many of you can put the dots together.  Let me know what you think.
