Ok. I know that messages like this are a way for the "stars" to get the notice of whoever is leading the DoD. A few brownie points from the Commandant. Alot of times its pure theater.
Sometimes its not.
Sometimes its a soft preparatory message to start getting your shit together cause its about to hit.
