okay, after watching it again, I was wrong, its the guy in the white and black jacket. Also it really looks like he didn't even know the girl was walking behind him and he hits her by accident. Still, why go after the guy that just kicked your ass?

The guy hit her on purpose and was just being an ass. Go back and watch it again and you can see him look around at her out of the corner of his eye to time it just right to make it look like an accidend. BTW this video is probably ten years old. :-)
