Senator Joe is running scared.

I got this from the blog "The Truth About Guns" and it made my morning.

Senator Manchin is working hard on a flawed universal backgrounds  check bill and he's obviously catching hell from the citizens that he represents.

Awesome.

There is a world outside of the Northeast Corridor and the West Coast....and those that live there definitely DO NOT agree with the feminized males and butched up females that populate those regions.

  1. As a native Californian and a gun-owner since I could legally purchase them, I don't agree with them either. I get the feeling that a lot of the yahoos in Sacramento and New York basically piss their pants at the sight of a firearm, but, like the classic hypocrites they all are, they're more than happy to have their own, armed security details. 'Makes me sick....

    1. i don't know if you can answer this but how has California gone so anti-gun? people that live in the suburbs and outside the cities are generally pro gun...even in that state. the only real pockets that hate guns are LA, San Diego, Sacramento and San Fran. are four cities really determining the fate of the entire state?

    2. That's the way it appears; the large urban population centers control the agenda. It's easier for them to focus on things like gun-control than actually solve the problems facing the state as a whole.

The anti-gun efforts really began in earnest after the '89 Stockton school shooting. My dreams of owning an AR were done after that.

    3. Sol, That's the way Ga is, Atlanta and the black belt area in the southern parts of the state are democrat, anti-gun liberals the rest of the state is pro-gun and rural. Cities and metropolitan areas are generally democrat and anti-gun, most are black or displaced northerners who bring their bullshit south.
Atlanta wants gun control and an Obama compliant state the state wants Atlanta and Liberal areas like Athens to go fall off the earth somewhere.
I personally wish Sherman was still alive to be coerced into once again making Atlanta gone with the wind.
This gun control thingy is just City versus Country, if the city wants gun control fine but stay out of the rural counties we do not have the funds or the Police to protect us and the wait for 911 assist sometimes takes three hours and that's if the EMT gets sent to the right house and county.

    4. well the only part of GA i'v been to is Ft. Benning and Ft. Stewart and was just passing through. i don't like big city so i stay away...from the looks of things that was a good call. i can see the future and it'll be the same people saying help me help me and i'll say hey...you should have planned better.

this whole thing is bullshit...i've tried to be patient but i'm getting beyond pissed again.

  2. I've met Joe. He's a true politician. I figured he'd succumb and go anti-gun with the rest of them. As an otherwise located West Virginian, I'm glad to say I was wrong.

  3. I agree with you, but the way you talk makes me wish I didn't.
"feminized males and butched up females" are you kidding me? You sound like a troll.
