What I don't like about this competition is that it allows contenders to offer helicopters that do not have a major leap in capabilities over the kiowa. They should add more requirements to this AAS competition, only excepting new helicopter designs such as the Sikorsky S-97. Otherwise the Army is best off beefing up the Kiowas we have to that AVX design. Its time for the Army to start looking into the future for they're helicopter fleet like they did with the canceled Comanche.
