Not to seem argumentative... The first thing you would see is the camera shake from the soundwaves. The second thing you would see is smoke, lots of it. Then you would see debris falling from the ceiling.
Firing a 12ga indoors is not something you get used to. The dude would be on the ground and in shock.
Indoor and outdoor ranges spoil us. Firing a weapon indoors, under uncontrolled circumstances, is complete and total chaos with lots of disorientation.

As he says he lives 10 minutes from Federal Way Discount Guns (they rock BTW, look'em up) means he lives near me just south of Seattle. Judging by his slightly Slavic accent I surmise he is one of thousands of second generation Russian or Ukrainian kids we have around here. They tend to be cocky, like to act before they think and show-off a lot. They will make great Americans. Love 'em.
