I wonder if that is their MANTIS gun system or compatible gun if used with the targeting system? Cant tell from the photo but it looks very similar. Capable of shooting down mortar, artillery, short range rockets, UAV's, and never mentioned but I don't see why it couldn't JDAM's.
I mentioned this before: 6 men is the size of a German Army fire team.
The space beneath the turret is just occupied by a big rack. 2 additional dismounts could be placed there instead. My conclusion therefore is 8 dismounts easily fit in Puma. + one additional could be squeezed in.
I cry whenever I see all this niffty new toys in incompetent Arab hands. Granted I do believe they have merc in their forces.
