HMS Illustrious in the Philippines

Note:  The British effort continues.  The Japanese and our other allies efforts continue.  Why have we pulled out?

    The White House wanted the headline of sending troops and aid, but they really don't want to use them, Oh and this would show we are stepping down as the world leader and letting others take ovedr.
