Note: Why would what looks like an ordinary assault climbers course be labeled instead "urban"? I'm really not sure but I blame it entirely on the constant training with local, state and federal law enforcement. Sooner or later Marine Corps leadership will realize that the training and equipment does not translate to combat conditions.
Maybe because there is a MOUT town close to there? Don't know, but it is possible

Deletedo marines train rapelling wearing all their usual combat gear to simulate battle conditions ? or they train 'clean' ?
