Chinese Fixed Wing UAV Cargo Plane....why didn't we think of this?

China's first intermediate and long-range unmanned aerial vehicle for emergency supply delivery finished its maiden flight on Tuesday.
The craft can deliver 15 kilograms of materials up to 80 kilometers, and drop the supplies within 15 meters of the target.

33 pounds is a pathetic payload but you know where this is going.  They're already building Global Hawk sized drones so bigger payloads are right around the corner.  The amazing thing is that we're the ones talking about distributed operations and they're the ones that are solving the problem of resupplying far flung units.
