Surprised? I have to admit I was.
The weird thing? If I were to rate European military forces (in all areas) it makes alot of sense. If we were to look at land forces then I think a strong argument could be made for the Poles, The Netherlands, France and the UK in no particular order as being leaders. On the sea I think we'd be looking at the UK, Italy, France and after that I'm kinda at a loss (maybe Spain?). As far as air power is concerned I haven't a clue.
