Knife attack on cop. This is why 21 feet is a must, WHY THE WILL TO SHOOT is a must!

I would so luv to hear the cop that got wrapped up explain why he didn't shoot.

Only one rule exists.

You go home at night.  If the choice is between bad publicity, lawsuits, etc...and going home.... then take the bad publicity, lawsuits, etc!
