Placing free people under house arrest is not a viable social policy to deal with a pandemic.
This will be the 2nd biggest failure of this thing. The first will be the incalculable damage being done to our economy for the sake of a few. Virtue signalling will bring incredible suffering to the West for the next 5 years...if we're lucky that is.
