Heavily armed Rafale sitting on the tarmac...is this the least talked about, most underrated airplane flying today?

I'm looking at those fuel tanks and thinking to myself that alone is a pretty heavy loadout.  Then you add the self defense missiles, the attack ordnance, targeting pod and you're looking at a real hefty load.

From reports I've read its fast, agile and has decent range.  Is this the least talked about, most underrated airplane flying today?

Not many talk about the Rafale but it looks like a winner to me.
