Combat Engineers from #AusArmy’s 2nd Combat Engineer Regiment conducted a simulated minefield breach in the Townsville Field Training Area, while under fire from notional enemy troops.

The breach included clearing the Bishop Creek Crossing of enemy forces, navigating through an active minefield, laying detonation cord and clearing the field of dangerous explosives.
