More waste of men. I hope their memory becomes a blessing.

I won't call them orcs or some of the other names used by the West to label Russian soldiers.  I know that they were cold, probably a bit wet, definitely miserable, doing their best to do their damn job, fought hard for just another minute of life and died doing what few would do.

I have no issue with them.  They were patriots doing what their nation's leadership called upon them to do.

I do have an issue with leaders that have let a conflict become such a dick measuring contest that the suffering of the little guy becomes no concern.

I do have an issue with spectators that have turned a deadly battle into a sport and cheer instead of mourn the lives lost.

Someone somewhere needs to turn this thing off.
