The Chinese are putting more ships into service in one year than we will in five. We can't keep up with that so what do we do? I have no idea but one thing that might work is missiles on top of missiles on top of missiles. As much as it hurts to say the Marine Corps should dump Force Design 2030 (that doesn't hurt), but should switch the two LHDs that don't have well decks to drone carriers with a full loadout of drones that take on the antiship missile and fill them to the gills. Any other ideas are welcome but putting hulls into the water alone just ain't gonna work.1 | PLAN commissioning progress in 2025.

Here is the commissioning status and projected commission time for new major combatants that are slated to join the PLAN in 2025.
We could see that the majority of those vessels will be commissioned in H2 this year. pic.twitter.com/PkckgWkmcw

Sad but true. We can't keep up with Chinese shipbuilding/commissioning...
