S. America is interesting. Most Americans (myself included) know more about the Middle East, Europe and states in the Pacific than we do about our neighbors in the region. I haven't been as attentive as I need to be but it appears that MANY nations are gearing up down there. Wonder why that is? Oh and its about more than battling narcotics networks too.
