Epirus system CAN take down fiber optic drones

Ya'll do know that Ukraine asked for this weapon to be donated for combat tests but was denied don't you? I thought that it was because it was useless against fiber optic drones and across the battlefield they're the new big bad. Apparently I was wrong.
