We have a new shipbuilding plan...

I hate to be the one that doubts but American shipyards won't be able to do it. Neither will European shipyards if we bring them aboard. We have to turn east towards especially S. Korea and maybe Japan to get high tech ships into the water in the timeframe quoted. Currently our yards just can't handle the load.
