I might be getting soft but a run at Cuba now? If all this is about China then I guess this is shaping the battlefield. If its about protecting our true sphere of influence, a steroid filled Monroe Doctrine with a future economic tilt to it then ok. Either way we need the White House to let us know the plan. Damn the secrecy. Declassify whats needed to explain WTF is going on.
