Hmm. Does anyone know the real story behind the Donahue firing???

Can't lie. I've given Pete a whole bunch of slack with his leadership decisions. This one though. This one has me puzzled. I don't get it. The dude in the video is giving one view point and while I'd like to come up with a contrasting viewpoint, I can't. Does anyone know the real story? This is some inside the Pentagon/Army/Beltway shit that I can't put my hands on.
