NYPD Counterterrorism Bureau Police Officer securing the perimeter around the UN General Assembly

Just wow. Carrying a weapon and putting on all the gear does not make you an operator. There is a reason why real professionals in this line of work (whatever the assignment) work on their physical conditioning on a daily basis. 

Question. Is this man an asset or liability if the day turns sideways?

Answer.  We don't know.  A poor appearance DOES NOT necessarily mean poor performance.  It is however an indicator.  The visuals don't inspire confidence.
