Too many CIA Informants are being captured, killed or compromised...
I think its a culture thing. We (Americans) are loud, stick out like sore thumbs, dress in anything but the local garb (we can't even blend in when it comes to different regions of our own country) and did I say loud? Additionally (again a culture thing), we push the fighting for freedom thing hard but I have to wonder how many of these informants are true believers in the American way (ie...we can help them achieve their goals inside their country) or is it simply a cash grab to make it to the West?"...informants who are discovered by adversarial intelligence services are not arrested, but instead are turned into double agents... Pakistanis have been particularly effective in this sphere..."https://t.co/k7Zn1wfayx

The British Army can't fulfill it's NATO commitment? MUST READ TWEET THREAD!
Hearing that some alarm bells are starting to ring @BritishArmy that the ability to generate and declare a high readiness (Armd/Mech) brigade to NATO in 2024 is looking less likely.

Now, should it be "difficult" for a 75,000-person Army to train and equip "a mere" 5-6,000 unit?
3. Warrior CSP is gone, and even had it been signed for production last year, there wouldn't be two, TRAINED BGs by H1 2024.

4. Ajax, if fixable (looking not that good), won't see unit (ie regt) service before 2025, if then.
The British Army is turning into the US Marine Corps! My prediction? Challenger 3 will be canceled. AJAX? Canned too. Warrior will not be resuscitated. You will start hearing a new emphasis on being light and lethal. Heavy vehicles out (they'll still keep those all terrain vehicles...snow/marshes etc..demand it) and missiles will be the new mantra...along with unmanned vehicles. I'm also guessing that the US Army and British Army will do some type of teaming where they perform the high readiness mission as a joint force and spin it with the idea that it's another step in partnering that other NATO countries should be following. So, what would such a bgde deploy? A half-regt of CR2, CVR(T), FV430s, maybe Bulldog, and Warrior, topped up with Jackal etc. Arty from a handful of 155mm, some MLRS, and maybe a Lt Gun btty? Is this ORBAT an act of war, or a collection of enactment enthusiasts?
