to be honest i've been annoyed with the militarization of local police departments for awhile now.
another unintended consequence of two things in my opinion...the war on terror and the actions taken by the government to fight it and generally the lack of secure borders and the escalating arms race with south american drug gangs. (really all gangs but i hope you understand what i'm getting at)
The conflation of Airborne Law Enforcement with aerial rocket assault is confusing, not to mention somewhat of a distressing message.
