Assuming the Russians develop these SAM systems and assuming they sell them to enemy countries I think the best way to counter them would be with hypersonic Mach 5 capable missiles. Those missiles would cut their response time down to size, but that's just my guess.
Big deal, just send some Super Hornets, Growlers and Avengers launching Malds, decoys and antiradiation missiles and they will never now who turned off the light.
Aww, they didn't even show an F-35 getting iced. Maybe they thought that went without saying?

These SAM systems are already i service ,500 and 1000 series is under development and S300 and 400 are constantly upgraded.
