JUST CHECKED MY E-MAIL AND IT'S CONFIRMED! SAIC GOT A STOP WORK ORDER FROM THE GOVT ON THE AAV-SU.
What does this mean?
I'm really not sure. Could they be forgoing the upgrade to buy more ACVs? Could this be a problem with SAIC executing on the AAV-SU program?
Not sure.
What I do know is that this is a savage body blow to SAIC. Their attempt to enter the armored vehicle market might be forever doomed with this news.
