A Soyuz booster rocket launches the Soyuz MS-11 spacecraft from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on Monday, Dec. 3, 2018, Baikonur time, carrying Expedition 58 Soyuz Commander Oleg Kononenko of Roscosmos, Flight Engineer Anne McClain of NASA, and Flight Engineer David Saint-Jacques of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) into orbit to begin their six and a half month mission on the International Space Station. Pic is via the US Army Flickr Page.  Amazing isn't it.  For the American public the Russians are the big bad and must be stopped at all costs.  Lurking in the background, places where the sheeple don't bother to look is the reality.

The Russians are putting Americans, Canadians and others that are supposedly allied against them into space...while our own space program limps back to respectability.

What was that?  You say it's about money and that's why they're doing it?  My response?  BULLSHIT!

Don't care how much money an enemy tosses my way.  I'll punch him the face and still take it and then not deliver what they thought they were getting.

How do I see it?  We can be competitors with Russia but no need for them to be labeled a hostile power.  Our interests converge on so many areas that would be a benefit for mankind that we should at least ally on several of those key points. Space is just one example.  Russian boosters are ready to go now.  We could have a MUCH MORE VIBRANT space program if we choose to team up with them!
