This is crazy!

I'm sore from my workout today and then I read this.  Simply amazing. The weird thing is that when you have people less than half your age asking for work out advice and all I'm thinking is bro...you're in your fucking prime and you look like a piece of chewed up bubble gum.  

Jokes aside.

Alot of discussion about the emasculation of America.  I've called it the pussification.

This lack of fitness is a symptom of that (among other factors).

The American dream is dying because Americans are all about chasing comfort instead of doing hard shit.
