The judge is right though. He is greenlit and no one is gonna step in to keep what's going to happen from happening. Too much danger of collateral damage. The Aryans, Mexican Gangs, etc...will step aside cause first it ain't there business and second because its good for business if there is future beef with one of the black gangs. No joke ladies and gents, the judge said:

Bodies of victims along the Qinhuai River, out of Nanjing's west gate during the Nanking Massacre, also known as the Rape of Nanjing.
A little mudballing. Do you realize how batshit crazy our military strategy is? We went from penetrating A2-AD to now setting up one ourselves!
A Strategy of Denial for the Western Pacific
The above article from Proceedings has me spinning like a top. It just dawned on me that for more than a decade, military planners from ALL SERVICES were talking about how we needed to be able to penetrate China's anti-access/area denial zone.
NOW in 2023, we have those same brilliant fucks describing how we need to setup our own AREA DENIAL zone for China!
How do you think that would work if some idiot on this planet tried to set one up against us...The United States Of America!
Do you think that would work?
Exercise Slovak Shield 2023
Soldiers from Czechia, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia and the United States participated in Slovak Shield, an annual exercise that focuses on integrating the firepower and capabilities of Allied forces in a collective defence scenario. Mechanised infantry, helicopters and ground troops worked together over the course of two weeks, sharing tactics while streamlining communications.
Led by Czechia, the battlegroup includes troops from Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia and the United States.
Following Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, NATO decided to establish four new multinational battlegroups in Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia, while upgrading other battlegroups into brigade-sized formations. These actions significantly bolster NATO's ability to deter and defend against any aggression in the eastern part of the Alliance.
Slovak Shield 2023 runs from 12 to 24 March.

(03:45) SOUNDBITE (ENGLISH) – MAJOR GENERAL IVAN PACH, COMMANDER LAND FORCES COMMAND, SLOVAK ARMED FORCES
“Slovakia is one of the eastern flank countries at the NATO border, and as you know Ukraine, the war in Ukraine basically makes us really close to the war. So the exercise, although it’s been planned for already two years, reflects the situation on the ground and on the border with Ukraine. So we need to keep our forces ready to move, ready to fight and ready to defend our country. And with the support of Allies it makes it much easier for us than just alone.”

What happens if the USMC is laser focused on the Pacific & the other services are engaged in conflicts in other parts of the world? What happens to a USMC that sits out fights?
This is piggybacking off the earlier article that states that the USMC should laser focus on the Pacific.
Ok.
But what happens if the USMC is totally focused on the Pacific and war never comes but the US Army, US Air Force and US Navy are hookin' and jabbin' in every other clime and place?
What happens to a Marine Corps that has essentially sat out fights that the other services were participating in?
What is the danger of a military service that is incapable of fighting anywhere but in the Pacific?
If nothing else how do you justify not radically downsizing it to the size of the Royal Marines?
On a sidenote it does add a bit of clarity on why the Navy is so willing to let the amphibious fleet dip down to 24 ships.
If you're not sailing worldwide you can't justify 11 big decks along with 10 San Antonio class amphibs!
Berger will lose the fight over amphibs and he will lose the fight for the Corps.
Our Corps days are numbered.
Thanks Berger and your acolytes!
USN & USMC should ignore every other theater and focus solely on the Pacific...
via Proceedings
What should be deprioritized, then, is almost everything else (save the nuclear deterrent). This includes naval operations and posture in theaters other than Asia, including Europe and the Middle East, as well as capacity and presence for its own sake rather than warfighting efficacy. The basic point is that U.S. naval forces should prepare to mount an effective and politically credible denial defense of Taiwan, along with the nuclear deterrent needed to back it up. Everything else should be scaled down, pushed to the back, and, if need be, eliminated. This includes symbolic or assurance-oriented presence operations not connected to a robust blunt layer, as former Deputy Secretary of Defense Bob Work has compellingly argued.8
The reason for all this stems from a simple proposition: The main purpose of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps is to fight and win the nation’s most important wars at a reasonable cost to the American people—not policing the sea lanes, showing the flag, or “facilitating—or deranging international trade.”9 By far the most significant threat to Americans’ prosperity, freedom, and security is China dominating Asia and from that position, the global economy. The Navy and the Marine Corps ought to be clear that their overriding responsibility lies in preventing this baleful outcome through a denial defense along the first island chain, and all other missions unconnected to this goal must take a back seat to that.
The Sea Services must now be laser focused on this core task to make the best use of the enormous resources the American people allocate to defense, as the Marine Corps is so commendably doing. Americans already spend a far greater proportion of their wealth on defense than almost any of their allies. It is therefore incumbent on the defense establishment to make the best use of that money as possible.
FUCK ME!
THEY'RE FINALLY COMING OUT AND SAYING IT! THE "NEW" MARINE CORPS IS BEIGN BUILT FOR ONE FOE, ONE THEATER!
Simply amazing.
So why did they lie earlier? Are they that wrapped up in this concept that they will lie to fellow Flag Officers, the Officers and Marines they lead, the retirees and veterans that have a stake in the Marine Corps future?
Oh and they're still wrong.
China will find, fix and destroy every part of the Stand In Force at the very start of hostilities.
The US will busy rescuing survivors on a whole host of islands (not to mention the ships they take out at sea...probably the largest rescue mission in the history of military operations...Dunkirk will look like a picnic), its national command will be deciding what to do, and Chinese Marines will be conducting an amphibious assault on Taiwan.
By the time we get our shit together the Chinese will do a Red version of Mt Suribachi and the Chinese Flag will fly over that island (it'll probably be the size of a building).
Just a little mudballing here...Are we ready for multiple crisis? Can we handle the current war, a flareup in the Middle East, a renewed insurgency in Africa & China menacing Taiwan at the same time?
It just occurred to me that it will be EASY to stress test the US military to see how it could handle multiple crisis in different parts of the world.
The worst part is that I think we're seeing the baby steps of China/Russia doing just that.
Think about it.
Assad just visited UAE and talks are taking place to re-establish ties between Syria and Saudi Arabia.
Russia/Ukraine war continues unabated and the only legit peace plan (put forward by the Chinese) was rejected before Washington even read it.
African countries across that continent are pushing back against the LGBTQ agenda and perhaps more importantly they're beginning to fight against some of the economic policies being pushed by Europe and the US.
China continues to flex against Taiwan's defenses.
Could we handle a big fight between Israel vs Iran with Hezbollah joining in while at the same time defending our forces in Syria against attacks from Iranian proxies, Syrian Forces and at times even Turkish military?
While all that's going on the Russians launch a massive new offensive? Add to the above an insurgency against say...Kenya kicks off at fever pitch?
We're gonna run out of forces fast.
SOCOM is gonna be hip deep in all that. An Army Division will be deployed to Europe to "reassure" our allies, you'll probably need to put another light infantry division ready to help in Africa and I don't even know what you would do with the issue in the Middle East and Pacific.
Oh and you're gonna probably put an Expeditionary Air Wing over each of those divisions at least!
This probably doesn't make sense to any of you and I can't explain it better right now but for those that do get what I'm trying to put down what do you think?
